a reading for Ann Neely

We just found out that our dear friend Ann Neely has been diagnosed with breast cancer. We figured there was no better tribute than to read some books in her honor tonight since she is the queen of children's books. 

We read two books that she gave to us that have become some of our favorites through the years: 

Also, Anna & Taylor read Mrs. Biddlebox as a bedtime story for Ann. (Mrs. Biddlebox is a fabulous story that was written by Linda Smith when she was battling breast cancer.)
