expanding horizons

I came home from teaching last night to some yummy chicken tacos alongside some killer guacamole that Taylor had made for his turn at kids cooking night. I tasted it and asked him when he had experienced this change of heart since he never really has been a fan of avocados.  He reported that Erika had taught him how to make it when he was in CA and that he really liked it now. 

Thanks Erika for expanding his horizons and for giving me a taste of what you all cooked up last weekend together. YUM!!!!
