Sundays have become a food prep day for Taylor as he plans a meal for the week for his lunches and then preps it for the whole week. Last night, he made shawarma wraps with grilled chicken, roasted chickpeas, tomatoes, red onions, and a Greek yogurt sauce. Over the past month, he has made quinoa bowls, hummus wraps, and a beans/rice/chicken/salsa combo. I know his friends are jealous (and this is definitely a step up from when I used to make his lunches back in the day!).
Last year's pandemic cooking everyday when he was home for lunches sure has turned this boy into quite the top chef!
