One day in 2011, it dawned on me that the words "Thank You" had 8 letters in them and that we had 8 feet among our family of four...so the tradition began to write the letters of "Thank You" on our feet sometime during the week before each Christmas. Taylor's feet have been ticklish since time began, and they still are to this day.
a thank you note I sent to folks at a company in San Francisco and they sent us this card back! (They wrote "You're Welcome" on their hands).
