I got to participate in a lovely seminary class over the weekend at Jubilee Farm.
THEO 6950: Soil and Supper: The Theology of Farming and Shared Meals
A two-day intensive exploring Christian hospitality through farming, cooking, shared meals, and theological reflection. Participants will engage in hands-on learning at Jubilee Farm and prepare a community meal, discovering how caring for creation and welcoming neighbors become practices of faithful ministry.
Friday - sessions and workday at Jubilee Farm in Carnation, WA (9:00-4:00 pm)
Saturday - sessions, meal preparation, and dinner at a local kitchen and dining space in Seattle, WA (1:00-8:30 pm)
One of my favorite parts was spending time with Celeste and Gary (who were on the Camino with me)
