Yesterday morning, the plan was to take Anna and two of her friends (Claire and Sarah) blueberry picking at our favorite spot near Mt. Si. When we got there, there was a sign posted that the farm was not open for a few more days. I had not seen the most recent update on their website so had missed the memo. We quickly adjusted, and with a little digging on google and a few u-turns, we found a great place to pick raspberries. And on the way, we were delighted to pass by a gorgeous field of flowers we never would have seen and also a fruit stand on the side of the road selling blueberries and cherries. Plan B turned out to be better than we could have asked for or imagined!
