Our day in Chelan was really special- I got up for an early morning run and the girls even set their alarms to get up for a jump in the lake before breakfast. (Just for the record, the boys were happy to be sleeping during all of these antics...) Then after a pancake breakfast at Colleen's house, I dropped the kids off at Slidewaters (water park in Chelan) and then got to go on a hike with Colleen. The afternoon was spent working on their porch. Not a bad office view today to look out over Lake Chelan! We are sure grateful for this last little bit of summer that we squeezed out....
