It was so odd to just drop Anna and Taylor off at the airport this morning for their adventure to head to Chicago while we headed over the mountain and through the woods to the Methow Valley for a few days in this magical place. Divide and conquer!

an adorable yellow lab who bounded towards us on our snowshoe adventure this afternoon and played catch for as long as we were willing to throw the stick :) - pure joy to watch her leaping through the snow!
