Taylor met a wonderful couple named Susan and Lee Martin at the Easter service near Santa Cruz. where David Koeker is the pastor. The Martins have been friends for years with David and his parents (John and Susan Koeker who kind of adopted me when I was in college). Anyway, at the Easter brunch after church, Taylor was talking to them about Seattle and it turns out that they know both Skip and Liz too, so Taylor asked if we could all have dinner together this summer. The stars aligned and we pulled it off tonight. WHAT A TREAT to have all these wonderful people gathered around our table tonight!
