the trip home...

Finishing our read-aloud of this book on the plane today turned me into a blubbering fool.
I could barely get through it....thus all the airplane napkins from wiping the tears in the photo below. 
When we finished, Anna said that she was not sure she could handle reading Old Yeller as she had talked about reading with a friend this summer...
