We had a grand adventure this evening in paddling over to Kirkland from Magnuson Park and then back again after a treat of ice cream. Giving thanks for the beauty around us and for friends who have sea kayaks to share...

Our paddle took about 45 minutes there....
(an estimated 2 miles across..)
This is less time than driving over when there is traffic!!
