Anna tried the whole band thing out this year but with her busy dance schedule, she just has not found as much time or joy in the whole scene so she's hanging up her hat after this week with the flute. She has told me that she will still play on occasion, but she's excited to not have band on her 10th grade schedule or any concerts hanging over her head. Here are a few pictures of a neighborhood parade she participated in on Saturday. It was a great school spirit event for sure.
