Many Seattleites had the idea of going to Discovery Park yesterday and it was amazing to see so many people out. I joined some wonderful women for a long run, and it was such a breath of fresh air to see all the blues and greens showing off yesterday afternoon.
It seems that the outdoors are a safe place to be as we try to stay a healthy distance apart with the social distancing recommended in these times we are living in.
The crisp air and blue skies are good for our immune systems, for our mental health and for our souls.
