Anna and I are back in the Methow hoping to go on a balloon ride in the morning for our second try. (Last year, we came all this way and were turned away because of too much wind.)
We made the same recipe (Sweet Potato and Kale Grilled Cheese- YUM!) that we made together last year on the night before the hoped-for balloon ride.
We are hoping for a great day tomorrow, but we know that if it gets cancelled that we still have the mountains and the gorgeous Methow Valley to enjoy down on the ground for a bit before driving back. We'll see how it goes tomorrow!
