As you know, we have gathered in the spring for many years for the Celebration of Service, our annual event honoring Seattle Pacific University faculty and staff members with milestone years (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45!) of dedicated employment.
Our event, which was planned for April 30, will have to be postponed due to the Stay Home, Stay Healthy directive from the governor. However, we do plan to gather as a community to recognize and celebrate our faculty and staff at a time when we are able to do so. Those who are reaching those special milestones will be receiving their gifts at that time.
We also have the privilege at that event to announce staff members of the year, as well as undergraduate and graduate professors of the year. Although we will recognize them again at the later event, we are pleased to announce the award recipients at this time. You will find their presentations linked here:
I hope you will join me in congratulating these individuals. We look forward to celebrating them in person at the future event.
