It was a powerful afternoon heading down with our family and others in our neighborhood to Rainier Valley to walk with thousands of others for a peaceful march. There were many passionate speeches encouraging us all to take the energy and momentum from these protests into conversations, practical changes in our lives and in policies-- especially for those of us who have privilege. We have much to learn- let's keep at this work.
