Anna, Isabelle, and Sarah got to the trail's end last night at 7:23, and there were cheers all around! They just kept saying on the car ride home how they could not believe that they got to do the hike and how unbelievable it was. The Enchantments were high enough that the smoke did not get there, and they had blue skies and clear views the whole time at the top. WHAT A GIFT that they made this memory together (and I was so happy to get to be a small part of it to help them pull it off)!

I sat in a chair waiting for them and had a bag of oreos that I shared with hikers as they finished.... Fun to be the welcoming committee after folks finished 20+ miles of hiking!
They jumped in the river and then came up to the parking lot where I cooked up some Impossible burgers and fries for them before we headed home. They ROCK!
