Anna leaves to head back to school next Thursday, and she is packing in the last drops of summer. She and Taylor went backpacking (just the two of them) Monday and Tuesday, and they had some bonding over some ridiculous elevation on the Gothic Basin Trail to Foggy Lake. (and this makes this mama's heart so happy that they chose to spend time together!)
just a wee bit tired
(mind you- they ran a half marathon on Sunday and
then hiked 5 miles with 3000 feet elevation gain on Monday. Crazy kids. :)
