My awesome sister in law sent me this email yesterday that puts words to the ache in my heart about our day today as we prepare to fly out to Seattle:
"My heart is with you today, and especially your folks, as you prepare to say your goodbyes tomorrow. I pray that God's presence, peace and bigger purposes will be tangibly felt and surround you all. I can imagine that with the excitement for this next and long awaited chapter to begin, your heart is also breaking with the sadness your mom and dad are feeling. Courage Dearheart. May you have strength to trust that God will meet them and surprise them with good in this next chapter, too. Big hugs and love to all of you with prayers lifted on your behalf..."
