Since Elizabeth tore her meniscus, we did not go backpacking with them this weekend. Instead, we had a fabulous dinner in their backyard tonight which was so special. As a nod to our camping plans, we made the bread pudding we were going to bring camping in the pot that Abba handed down to us many moons ago! The dessert was amazing, and we will definitely try to bring that along on a future backpacking trip.
