Yesterday, Ratnakar took us to visit several
schools. One of the best things to
see what that even with many things that were different, there were so many
similar routines and procedures.
Lunch lines, school pick up, school uniforms, biking to school, sharpened pencils...
With Anna and Taylor about to have their first day of school, this was a gift to me to get a glimpse at some of these schools in this little corner of the world.

The school yard was empty and then like a well choreographed dance, the auto rickshaws came in and filled up the area ready to pick up the children. It was one amazing sight to watch!

Such fun to bring a few after school treats to the kids we know at this school.
