I tried to plan a perfect day in high school with my friend Katherine, and it just flopped. But sometimes, perfect days just happen. And I think this weekend may have been one of those magical times with Anna....
weekend backpacking trip to Navajo Peak
Some lightning and a bit of rain gave us some cozy afternoon reading time in our tent when we made it to the meadow (about 2 miles from the peak)
We read the book Heartwood together over the weekend, and we highly recommend it!
