We heard someone say that adolescence is the second stage of dress up as kids are trying out different identities and seeing how they fit. Anna played with the Pep Band for a basketball game this past month and had fun. While she has decided that this is not her thing and that she is not going to continue with band next year, I love that she tried it on and got to play at a school game just for the experience.
