Half B'Day Surprise!

This morning, I walked down to the basement, and I asked Sikose if she knew what day it was, and she looked at me with a bit of quizzical expression.  While yes, it is Friday, which is something to celebrate. But I was able to inform her that today is also indeed her HALF BIRTHDAY, and it's a reason to celebrate! So, a banner and a crown were delivered to the basement for the start to this day for our dear friend and housemate Sikose! 💜

Of distance made intimate by earth.

May you open the gift of solitude
In order to receive your soul;
Enter the generosity of silence
To hear your hidden heart;
