I read an interview with Barbara Ambrose whom we knew in Nashville from Midtown Fellowship and loved this that she said:
"I have failed miserably too many times to remember, but I always get back into the game and try again. I think that is the secret for our family, much grace and resilience." –Barbara Ambrose http://www.styleblueprint.com/featured/faces-nashville-barbara-ambrose/

A great way to start the day-
climbing a tree before school this morning

and climbing another tree this afternoon after school

muppet spotted in the tree

our sweet friend Natalie Zimmer who is almost done with her freshman year at UW!

some spring projects on the house to spruce things up a bit...

a few new crosses hung...

three in one...

digging in the dirt...

For The Future
by Wendell Berry

Planting trees early in spring,

we make a place for birds to sing

in time to come. How do we know?

They are singing here now.
There is no other guarantee
that singing will ever be.
