We headed over today after lunch to spend the afternoon with Julie & Matt Canlis in Wenatchee.
It had been13 years since we had seen them last in England when we went over to visit Jodi there. While we had many more kids in the mix among our group today, in some ways, it seemed like nothing had changed and it was such fun to pick right back up where we left off.
We had planned to hike up Pitcher Canyon, but then when Julie suggested we go pick cherries at a friend's house, that was the vote for the afternoon. What a sweet reunion among the cherry trees...
Look carefully and you will see a hummingbird hovering right above Matt's head. :)
